Returns & Refunds Policy

The short version

You have 14 days from the day your watch is delivered to change your mind. Message us, send it back, and we refund you — no interrogation, no restocking fee. If anything is defective or wrong, we fix it at our cost.

1. Return window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The watch should be in the condition you received it: unworn (tried on at home is fine), with all links, tools, box, papers and protective films included.

2. How to start a return

• We reply within minutes (24/7) with the return address and simple packing instructions.
• Ship the parcel with tracking and send us the tracking number.

3. Refunds — timing and method

Once the returned watch arrives and passes a quick inspection, we issue your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method (PayPal, card, Zelle, Wise or crypto). You receive the full product price. Depending on your bank, card refunds can take an extra 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

4. Who pays return shipping

• Defective, damaged or wrong item — we pay return shipping, or we refund it, your choice.
• Change of mind / size exchange — the customer covers return shipping to our facility; we cover shipping of any replacement.

5. Exchanges

Prefer a different model or bracelet? Exchange within 14 days at no extra charge (you only cover any price difference). Message us and we will reserve the new model before your return arrives, so you wait as little as possible.

6. 24-month movement warranty

Beyond the return window, every watch is covered for 24 months against movement defects under normal use. Send a short video of the problem with your order number: we repair, replace or refund — including our return-shipping costs. Accidental damage, water ingress and worn straps/finish are not covered, but we can always quote a low-cost repair.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and message us immediately — we reship or refund. If tracking shows delivered but you never received it, contact us within 7 days; after a carrier investigation we reship or fully refund.

8. Exceptions

Custom-modified watches (engraving, custom straps) can be returned only if defective. Watches showing signs of deliberate damage or heavy wear may have the refund reduced accordingly — we always explain and agree it with you first.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights your local law guarantees — for EU/UK customers those include the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which this policy matches and extends in spirit.
