Free worldwide tracked shipping
Every order ships free, fully tracked, with import duties prepaid for the US, UK and EU. No surprise fees when the courier knocks.
1. Processing & QC photos
- Once payment is confirmed we pick your watch and send you real QC (quality control) photos of the exact piece — dial, case back, movement and bracelet — usually within 24–48 hours.
- Dispatch happens after you approve the photos. Not happy with what you see? Switch models or cancel for a full refund before it ships.
2. Delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Ireland: 7–12 business days
- EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and more): 8–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
Total time = processing (1–2 days) + your QC approval + transit. Peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days — we keep you updated the whole way.
3. Carriers and tracking
We ship with premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and equivalents) and send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email the moment the parcel is on its way. You can follow it door to door.
4. Customs and import duties
For destinations in the USA, UK and EU all import duties and taxes are prepaid by us — the price you paid is the price you pay, nothing on delivery. Parcels are declared discreetly and packaged without any branding. For other destinations any customs handling, if charged, follows local rules; message us before ordering and we will advise.
5. Packaging and discretion
Watches travel in a protective box inside a plain, unbranded outer carton. Nothing on the outside reveals the contents or the sender's industry.
6. Address, PO boxes and APO
We ship to residential and business addresses, PO boxes (where carriers accept), and APO/FPO. Double-check your address when ordering — corrections after dispatch are slow. We are happy to ship to your workplace or a pack-and-ship store if that is easier.
7. Delays, loss and damage
- Carrier delay: we chase the carrier for you and keep you posted.
- Lost parcel: after the carrier's investigation we reship free or refund in full — your choice.
- Arrived damaged: photograph the packaging, message us within 7 days, we make it right.
